This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 11200 platform. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering for or using any services provided by 11200.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 11200 platform, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 11200 platform or its services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 11200 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The 11200 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the legal age required under Malaysian law to use these services.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 11200 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 11200 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of valid identification documents, for the purposes of account verification or withdrawal processing.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 11200 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Users of the 11200 platform agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to the platform or other users. This includes, but is not limited to, using automated software to place bets, attempting to hack or disrupt platform systems, and sharing account access with third parties.
Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or abuse bonus offers is strictly prohibited. 11200 reserves the right to investigate any suspected irregular activity and take appropriate action, including freezing account balances while an investigation is ongoing.
Users may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing activities prohibited under Malaysian law. 11200 complies with applicable anti-money laundering requirements and reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Users also agree not to distribute offensive, threatening, or rights-infringing content through any communication channel provided by the platform.
Payment Policy & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the 11200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including FPX (online banking) and Touch 'n Go eWallet. 11200 does not charge hidden processing fees for standard deposits; however, users should check the minimum and maximum limits applicable to each payment method.
Withdrawals are processed in accordance with our verification policy. New users may be required to complete an identity verification process before their first withdrawal can be processed. Processing times vary depending on the method selected and may take up to 24 hours under normal circumstances.
Any bonus credited to an account is subject to the rollover requirements specified in the respective bonus terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until all rollover conditions have been fully met. 11200 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or any attempt to fulfil rollover requirements through illegitimate means.
In the event of a transaction dispute, users must retain relevant proof of transaction and submit a complaint to [email protected] within a reasonable timeframe. 11200 will thoroughly investigate each complaint based on available system records.

Liability Limits
The 11200 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 11200 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully protected against cybersecurity threats. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 11200 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform, including losses from betting activity.
Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and that all wagering decisions are made at their own discretion. 11200 bears no responsibility for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity on the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 11200 platform, including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software code, is the exclusive intellectual property of 11200 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain references or links to third-party services. 11200 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension Policy & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
11200 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of terms, suspicious activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, 11200 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the disputed activity until the investigation is concluded.
Users may request voluntary account closure by contacting [email protected]. Eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements have been met. Accounts that have been inactive for the period specified in the account activity policy may be subject to administrative fees or automatic closure.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
11200 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or email. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism under Malaysian jurisdiction.
